Shop Hookah Tobacco’s Replacement or Damaged Item policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since the purchase, Shop Hookah Tobacco can’t offer a full exchange.

Please send a picture of the item to cs@tobaccoimportusa.com

To be eligible for a Replacement, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received and must also be in the original packaging.

Perishable goods such as Tobacco can not be returned.

Refunds

ShopHookahTobacco.com does not offer Refunds, only store credit. As well as Replacements for parts or items.

ShopHookahTobacco.com only replaces items if they are defective or damaged. If an exchange is needed for the same item, send us an email at cs@tobaccoimportusa.com

Shipping returns

Shipping costs for returning the item are covered by ShopHookahTobacco.com if the item is in the same condition as it was received it.

Depending on where the package is coming from, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach its destination may vary.

There are certain situations where the Shipping costs are not covered:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to Shop Hookah Tobacco’s error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
