Shipping Within the United States Only

Tobacco Import USA ships exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping currently.

Shipping Rates & Calculations

We use live shipping rates on our website, which are calculated based on the weight and the number of boxes in an order. The shipping rate displayed at the checkout is an estimate and may be lower once the order is finalized.

Free Shipping & Pickup Options

Free shipping is available on orders over $200

By placing an order with Tobacco Import USA/ Shop Hookah Tobacco, you agree to this shipping policy. If you have any questions regarding your order’s shipping cost, please contact our support team.

Cancellation

I understand and agree that, prior to shipping an order, I may cancel my order for a full refund. I further acknowledge and agree that if Shop Hookah Tobacco ships the order and I decide I no longer want the order within 24 hours upon delivery, I may receive a full refund of my order but am solely responsible at my own cost and expense to ship the order back.

Once Shop Hookah Tobacco receives the returned order and takes inventory of all products originally shipped, Shop Hookah Tobacco will refund me in full.  Otherwise, I understand and agree that, unless provided in writing by Shop Hookah Tobacco, I am not entitled to cancel any order once it has been placed.

In any scenario where Shop Hookah Tobacco grants consent for order cancellation, I acknowledge and agree that the Goods must be returned to Shop Hookah Tobacco in their original state as they were upon delivery.

Return Policy

Shop Hookah Tobacco provides a 30-day return policy for all products listed on our website. The customer acknowledges that any costs associated with the return of the Goods shall be borne by me as the Customer.
